Getting Started with RX

Here are the resources for RX MCUs on Renesas Website.

Other resources on Renesas Website.  Links below are pre-configured searches.  You can modify them as needed.  

e2studio and CS+ are the Renesas supported IDEs.  Note that in Americas region, only e2studio is supported. You can also use Embedded Workbench for RX. 

Supported toolchains are Renesas CC-RX, IAR C/C++ Compiler for RX, and GCC for Renesas RX.

  1. Login your OJF account
  2. Create a OFJ ticket
  3. Select "Renesas Wiki" from the Issue Type pulldown

    2. Need to decide what to do with other fields (some are mandatory and does not apply here)
  4. Fill in Summary field 
  5. Copy heading links from the Table of Contents in each page and paste it in your Description
    1. This is important so we can locate your feedback on Renesas Wiki

Technical Support (External Customers) 

  1. Login your MyRenesas account
  2. Submit a ticket
  3. Fill in Title field
  4. Select "I need technical help" from Request Type pulldown
  5. Select "Microcontrollers (MCU) from the Inquiry Product Category pulldown
  6. Select "Renesas Wiki" from the MCU Product
